Susanna has a degree in Biology with Psychology from Queen Mary University, and a MSc and PhD in mental health genetics from King’s College London. She previously worked as a postdoctoral researcher at King’s College London on projects involving epigenetics, mental health and environmental factors.
Dr Susanna Roberts
Head of Research Funding (on maternity leave)
Dr Susanna Roberts joined the Foundation in December 2019 and is currently Head of Research Funding. In this role, she oversees the development and running of funding calls and the grants management process for the organisation.
Susanna initially joined the Foundation as a Research Manager, later becoming Senior Research Manager and then Head of Research Funding.
