Louise joined the Medical Research Foundation in April 2018 initially as Director of Finance. In 2026, she became our Director of Finance and HR, responsible for financial strategy and long-term planning, day-to-day operational control of our finances, as well as overseeing development and implementation of all Human Resources work.
She qualified as a chartered accountant with Deloitte & Touche and spent time at Credit Suisse before moving to the social sector, working firstly for an international NGO and then for a charity which helped others scale their proven social impact solutions.
In her spare time she walks and swims and is a trustee of a small museum.
