James has worked in a range of communications, marketing, and digital roles across charitable and government-funded organisations, including at the Social Care Institute for Excellence (SCIE) and the Education and Training Foundation (ETF).
Prior to moving to London to pursue a career in the national charity sector, James lived in his home city of Norwich, where he gained a degree in History from the University of East Anglia.
In his spare time, he enjoys cooking, exploring restaurants, and supporting Norwich City Football Club.
