Debs has many years experience of leadership within the voluntary sector. Most recently she was a member of the senior leadership team at ShareAction, a prominent charity campaigning for responsible investment globally, where she led the fundraising, communications and civil society engagement teams. Prior to this, she led a medical research charity, Bowel & Cancer Research, for twelve years as CEO taking the charity through to a merger in 2019.
In her spare time, she’s into running and yoga, and loves spending quality time with friends and family.
