Science Bake Off

Snap a picture of a science-themed bake, get it judged by a GBBO star, and win tickets to New Scientist Live.

Bakers put their scientific creativity to the test in our individual competition - the Research Bakers Science Bake Off.

Deadline

Please note that the deadline for this competition has now passed. If you're interested in baking - we are still running a group competition that you can take part in.

Overview

Our Science Bake Off has officially wrapped up!

We invited bakers of all levels to whip up a science-themed bake, snap a photo, and share it with us.

Entries were judged by Josh Smalley, Great British Bake Off finalist and science communicator. The winner of Best Bake received four tickets to a day out at New Scientist Live, the UK’s biggest festival of science and ideas.
